Well, 5 months ago, I used this company for my a\c, today for my heating..as I was treated this time like last time, Chris and his technician partner, arrived the next day, after my call requesting service on my furnace..I knew that these 2 great techs would give me great service..while investigating my issues with my furnace, Chris asked me if I would be interested in taking out a warranty package..it listed 4or 5 different tiers , I in the past don't believe in added warranties, but in this case felt this was the way to go for me..I chose one that would fit my budget, and get me the service I need..at no time, did Chris request me to upgrade the warranty for more money, which I felt was not a pressure sale on me..I looked at previous bills, 4years ago with a different company that was more expensive then the warranty I chose..all, in all, again completely satisfied with the personnel of this company, and would definitely use them in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone requesting heat and a\c issues..
