Ryan was my technician this morning for the spring maintenance checkup to my system and it was the first time meeting him. As soon as I opened the door, his smiling face greeted me...and my dog, Tyson who has to run out and meet EVERYONE who visits. Ryan came in, put his shoe covers on, and proceeded to talk to and pet my dog. Of course that was probably because Tyson was literaly standing on Ryan's feet by that time. ;-) How refreshing it is to have someone come in my house for the first time, but act and feel as if they're a part of the family. Ryan was extremely gracious and understanding of my sleeping children and tried his best not to disturb them (if you've ever tried to wake a sleeping 17 year old boy, you'd understand!). He quickly, but efficiently, moved through the house explaining everything he was doing along the way. As a 'seasoned' customer of Air Now I've been through check ups like this before but I enjoyed the fact that Ryan didn't take that for granted and just assume that I knew everything he was going to do. Of course, it was all done with that characteristic, contagious smile on his face. I mean, come on...who can smile THAT MUCH at 8:00 in the morning!? (Whatever you guys put into your coffee there at Air Now, I'd like to get in on that, please!) After checking everything, he proceeded to explain the REME HALO light to me. I've heard the explanation before but I'll tell you....Ryan could sure sell ice to Eskimos in Alaska if needed. If I didn't have to confer with my husband, I would have bought one right then and there! Great employee you've got in Ryan...I think he's a keeper, Air Now! :-)
I though that your Technicians were extremely customer oriented. That they were here to perform a service and to please us as customers. Very positive and professional as they presented and showed us the problems of our HVAC system. This is also for the young lady Stacey and the other employees that I deal with on the phone. I knew when Stacey said you have a blessed day that this is a company that has genuine interest in us as customers.
Mr. Bradley was very nice and pleasent, he worked very hard to find the problem and woked just as hard to correct the problem. He took his time to make sure the unit was working right before he left even tho it was at night. Well pleased with his work.
Cade was very professional and extremely polite.
Air Now has great service. Our Technician, Scott, checked everything in a timely manner and gave us very useful information.
Great group of people....always quick to respond..... Makes me comfortable to know if I have a problem I can call and get service day or night....
