A rep from AirNow called in advance to say the tech was on the way. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. I felt immediately comfortable with having him in my home and working around my house without any supervision. Darryl stands out as far as workmen/technicians I have had in my home in the past in that he expressed, and showed, that he enjoyed his job and working at AirNow. Other workmen/techs have annoyingly complained about their work, companies, etc. Having the a/c serviced was probably the easiest thing I've had done in a long time!

Jamie Wright from AirNow performed a spring check-up on my air cooling system. He arrived at my house the designated time agreed upon, promptly and efficiently performed the duties he needed to do to check out my air system to insure it was performing an optimum level for the upcoming oppressive central Alabama summer heat. Very pleased with the job Jamie did, and very pleased with AirNow who I have dealt with since 2008.

Just signed new client up for our preferred membership plan. They need R22 freon to get their heatpump cooling again. I will return to do a leak search the first of next week on their first maintenance.
