Team showed up an hour early. While they had projected 6 hours to complete the install they were finished in less than 4. They added a new air vent that is now the best looking vent in the house. The install team was friendly and didn't get upset with my dog barking at them at random intervals. They left the work area clean. System price was higher than competitors, but sometimes you have to pay more for a quality name brand system with warranty.
