We have used Air Now for the past 5 years. When the 2nd floor AC quit working, I contacted Stacey with the problem. Even though we were already scheduled for a unit check up for the first floor, Stacey made sure we got a earlier appointment. Ken came out, I explained what had been done in the past and what was happening now. Ken found that a control board was shorting out. He verified that a replacement was available, made the trip back to Montgomery from Titus, returned with the parts and installed it in, what I thought, was record time. I recommend Air Now based on my experience with them, the service and cost was more than fair.
