I had a water leak in my attic. Ken showed up very quickly to check out the problem. Turned out the water leak was not from my air conditioner but from the main plumbing in my house that the air conditioner drains into. At first he told me I would probably need to call a plumber. After checking further Ken found that he could fix the problem for me. He went to the store and got some Liquid Plumber and his drain tool. He returned and quickly cleared the line. No more slow drain. Thank you Ken for going the extra step that was not necessarily part of the job. Happy to be a member again. We want Ken every time :)!
