There was some question about where the 4" filters were that were purchased last August. I did not know for sure what I was supposed to have but Casey got on his computer and called the office to find out when I had paid for the last 3 filters. Since it was last August, there was no way I could have used those filters (you all are the only ones who change the filters). His only conclusion was that they were not actually delivered so he gave me the three at no additional charge plus he replaced a capacitor on the blower fan motor at no charge. All that to make up for the inconvenience of not delivering the filters that I had paid for last summer. I really appreciate that he did all that of his own initiative.
