Price Gouging

With great service comes an exorbitant cost. Parts costing $170 are charged over $1000. The markup is unjustifiable. All parts are re-stockable inventory and the service doesn't require specific unusual knowledge to perform, it only requires technical training. Yet they are charging surgeon fees to replace parts!

It took two tries but the replacemment of the replacement part worked.

Contacted Boulden for hot water issue, they dispatched technician within 2 hours! Kevin, the technician diagnosed problems with hot water heaters on both sides of the house (as expected), explained advantages of new units and service contracts , worked up pricing (great!) and arranged for install. Within a half-hour, Boulden called to arrange for next morning, Kevin returned next day and completed installation despite rain soaked conditions in a tiny crawl space under home for one unit, without complaint or hesitation. He was friendly, professional and courteous. After installation he explained benefits of adding water treatment system to home and despite being a big investment, we signed right up. Great service!

Pursuant to the maintenance plan, Travis Simpson made a service call in the evening to handle a plumbing crisis. Travis promptly stabilized the urgent problem and returned to make the more extensive repairs; Shelby in the office made the follow-up appointment within a couple days. Travis took the time to explain the plumbing issues before getting to work. I felt relieved.
