Joe arrived on schedule, did a very thorough examination of my furnace/heat pump, and explained what he was doing as he did it. He even made friends with my ‘senior’ dog. :)
Had some recent service and repair done on my furnace and chose CARE since they serviced it for the previous owner for about 15 years. Got the work done professionally and at a reasonable price. Great communication from the company as well.
Furnace tune up
Found elbow for condensate trap leaking on furnace. Repaired, primed trap and cycled furnace to produce condensate and ensure no leaks.
2001 Trane furnace not heating. Previous filter removed by client clogged and was almost touching blower assembly causing air restriction and high limit safety to open. Limit stuck open, able to get limit to close again allowing furnace to cycle. Furnace operating upon departure.
