Tech Cody Brooks arrived customer's home. I met Mr Trent and he guided me inside and showed me to the indoor unit and the thermostat. The system was only 2 years old, and the homeowners informed me that they were not going to be purchasing anything at all today. I started by working on the indoor unit, I opened up the cabinet and inspected the coil, I noticed that the homeowner had UV lights installed, and I inspected the blower wheel and the blower motor. Everything inside the cabinet was nice and clean and was clearly a new unit. I replaced the filter for the customer, and then took a peek inside the attic to view the insulation. I then headed to the outdoor unit where I started with a washing down of the coil. After washing down the coil I turned the unit on and let it run for 12 minutes before taking any readings. The inrush amp test came back nice and low and the customer had a compressor saver installed. The running amp test on the compressor and fan motor also came back below th

For this tuneup I inspected the furnace, and condenser. All equipment was within manufacturers specs. I recommend a level 2 duct cleaning, a new UV bulb, and blower clean. I emailed estimates to the customer and will be following up next Monday the 25th.

Tech arrived at a 2 system tuneup. Upon inspection, the upstairs duel run capacitor was almost out of tolerance. Both systems condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The downstairs system filter was dirty and replaced. The drains were clear and vinegar was poured. The Deltas were within range. There was growth present in downstairs system plenum. Both blower areas were dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to add a UVC System and Air Cleaner to the downstairs system, as well as replacing the capacitor and cleaning the downstairs system blower wheel. There items were installed tested and functional. The system were functioning upon departure.
