I opted for Diamondback Air when replacing a problematic unit 7-8 years ago and was completely satisfied. Because of that positive experience, I again chose Diamondback when replacing to ancient units last summer when we moved to a house that was new for us. Once again we are completely satisfied with all aspects of installation, follow-up, function, and personal treatment.

All in all, though we got put on the back burner a couple of times, service was efficient and courteous. No great inconvenience to us. Knowledgable and experienced servicemen.
I was having problems with my A/C unit and a Diamondback service technician was at my home within hours. When the A/C problem persisted, the Diamondback Air owner appealed to the A/C manufacturer and I received a brand new unit...in my 35 plus years in AZ heat, I have never had a A/C company with such dedication to the customer. Too Bad, I am only allowed five stars, I'd give them More!

Just gotten back from vacation to find out my rental property was having AC issues. The management company had their AC people go out to check and gave an estimate of over $2000. Not a good way to come back from vacation. I contacted Diamondback Air, since they were the ones who installed the AC unit four years ago. John got right on it and had one of his guys go out and take a look. The Diamondback diagnosis was that nothing appeared wrong other than a loose valve, which was tightened. Diamondback gave the feeling that they took ownership in a unit they installed and had my best interest in mind. I asked the rental management company to please contact Diamondback with any future AC concerns on my property.
Diamondback Air provided me with quick customer service after I had a minor electrical fire in my rooftop A/C unit. They were also instrumental in helping me file an insurance claim to cover the damages as well as obtaining an SRP rebate.
My husband and I were given an estimate (by another company) of $8000. Diamond gave us a free second opinion and quoted us an eighth of the price. Needless to say we went with diamond. The man who showed up was hardworking, polite, and efficient. After the work was done we received a call checking on how everything went and top make sure everything was working properly! From now on we will ONLY be using diamond.
