Overall, decent customer service. I had two clogged toilets and tub drains and My Plumber came out the same day even though it was late, fixed the problem and charged me $1,287 for 1/2 hours work! They did inform me of the cost up front, but I was desperate because a large snow storm was coming coming. At the end of the job, the plumber was nice enough to give me a 10% discount. As he was leaving he "mentioned" that part of the 1-year service waranty required having another technician come out to use a camera to "explore" the plumbing for any other problems. That was a hassle because I had to take off work to wait a 3-hour window for the man to come. The next day I lodged a complaint about the astronomical charges and was called back within hours. I was, in fact, overcharged by $313 which they refunded to me. I should've shopped around for cheaper rates, Oh well, next time.

Clearned employee bathrooms water closet. Tested 3 times, flushes properly. While I was there I knoticed their thermostatic tempering Valve for the lavy sink (in the same bathroom) was beginning to fail. Informed the manager, and he let me know he would watch it and call when they need it replaced.
Tech replaced Elongated seat for the water closet (toilet). replaced the flapper and supply line for the water closet. Both water closets are operating properly

Replaced 5 mfd capacitor. Also offered ez trap safety device due to air handler on second level of home and no other safeties installed on the system. Customer will consider during ac season. System is up and running proper at this time. Thanks for your business
Snaked kitchen line, and as courtsey I removed customers garbage disposal.
Tech replace flapper seal and supply line on the water closet in main floor hall bathroom.
Pulled toilet, replaced wax ring, and reset toilet. Flange is messed up from the tile guy that did the bathroom. It’s not leaking at this time and told customer if it does leak again then he needs work done on the flange. Was not able to use new closet bolts. No warranty because of flange. Also, tank bolts had leak previously, not leaking currently, but let customer know if it leaks it is not because of what I did today. Customer looking to sell house soon and wanted cheapest option.

Customer had leak coming from the shut off valve going to the master bathroom toilet. Replaced the shut off valve and did a minor rebuild, replacing the fill valve, flapper and supply line. Tested, no leaks at this time.
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet with no warranty. Resealed right side kitchen sink trap, also no warranty.
