ONE FULL BATHROOM, TOILE FLASH OK , LAVATORY WAS CLOGGED AND TUB SHOWER SNAKE BOTH OF THEM. PULL OUT BALL OF HAIR, SOLD BIO CLEAN. EDUCATE EDUCTE THE CUSTUMER HOW TO USED,
Replaced with zoeler .3 hp sump pump and check valve. Tested and working great. Customer is in the process of seling home. Also found the septic alarm was going off and tripping breaker. Pulledlid on tank and found it was full.
customer septic tank and line are failing but he is switching over to city sewer soon once permit passes. Snaked line from main level toilet approx 45 feet and watched water go down. Ran water and flushed toilets and everything is working great at this time
