My opinion is about Jose Revollo the plumber who was sent to my house for service about a week ago. In so many words he did a great job repairing the tub and shower faucet and giving me information on HVAC and Electrical Services that your company supply, which I only thought the company did plumbing. I will need a Eletrcian later on.

He explained everything thing in great detail and also pointed out other issues that need attention. He tripled checked his work and made sure we were 1000% satisfied. I will definitely hire My Plumber again and be sure to ask for Alex.

I had to call 3 different days before I was able to get service.. On the 1st day the technician never did show up.

Customer had a flooded basement due to sump pump failure. Had to pump out all the water out to reach the pump. Once removed, placed new zoeller pump with a clear check valve. Discharge line of sump pump has holes in it outside near the side of the house.Water Could possibly end up going back into the pit because of this issue. Installed customer supplied fill valve for toilet as a courtesy as well. 2yr warranty on parts and labor for new sump pump.
I installed a section of 1/4 in. copper to install the refrigerator.
Arrived to residence due to notification of temperature rising on thermostat. During inspection and calculations noticed system was low of charge. Added refrigerant and system is running proper at this time
Did minor rebuild on toilet, replacing fill valve, supply line, handle and flapper
CUSTOMER STATED THAT HIS KICHEN SINK COME OFF OF THE COUNTER TOP. I TOLD CUSTUMER THIS IS NOT A PLUMBING RELATED. I TOLD TO CALL A GRANITE COMPANY. FOUND TRAP CORRODED ON BAR SINK . REPLACED IT . 10% HSP MEMBER DISCOUNT. REPLACED FLAPPER AS COURTESY BASEMENT TOILET. TESTED EVERYTHING NO LEAKS WORKING PROPERLY..
Tech had to tighten the drain line connections. There was leaking from all joints. ASR 2102WH. Everything under the sink is good to go. No leaks and everything is tight. Tech also replaced sterling stems for the shower in the basement bathroom. To stop the water from leaking and easy to turn off. Work is complete.
Install new 40 gallon electric water heater with drip pan and 5 gallon expansion tank with mounting bracket.
Performed 189.00 HVAC tuneup. Thermostat ok, set to ‘cool’ and inspected a/c unit. Ambient air temp 67*F, coil ok, compressor/fan motor RLA/FLA 8.6/.7, dual capacitor values 41.4/4.8uf, down from 45/5uf, contactor & wiring ok, refrigerant (R22) suction/discharge psi 52.7/127.2, SLT/LLT 60.8/71.7, VSAT/LSAT 28.1/72.7. Furnace ducts & filter ok, blower assembly ok, motor FLA 7.2, controls & wiring ok, flushed condensate drain line/pump, supply/return air temps 51/69*F(18*F diff). Advised customer of findings and discussed Priority Club membership benefits. Customer signed up for HSP and will contact MPHC & E for dual cap replacement at a later date. Overall system conditions are good.

Half inch waterline was leaking to master bathroom shower had to cut hole in wall and replace section of pipe. 2. Tested everything and everything is working fine
Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance x2. Inspected each unit indoors which coils were clean, blower wheels ok, capacitors within factory specifications, ducts ok, blower amps ok, attic system had a 20 degree temperature difference, and lower level system had a 8 degree temperature split. Lower level system recharged to factory specs. Each condenser coils ok, contactors ok, and capacitors within factory specs. Each system is operating normal at this time. Thanks for your business
Customer had a drip every time he turned on shower. Had to replace cartridge with a moen 1225. Didn’t have it stocked in truck so had to run to Home Depot to get one.
