The tech that came, Simei, was wonderful! He was clearly knowledgeable, knew where to look first for the leak. He took care of the problem promptly and was professional at all times. We hope that, if and when we may need services in the future, that he will be the one to help us!!

Replaced single handle Moen shower cartridge and customer supplied tub-spout.
Tech installed two check valves on two different sump pump lines in the basement of the house. Tech also reinstalled a water closet (toilet) and a lavy faucet with Vanity. ASR remodel crew for the reinstalls. Work is complete and there are no leaks at this time. Customer wants to payout her remainder of the bill.
Bill H. I took a look at the water closet in the powder room. I tried to adjust the parts a few times, but I could not get it to stop leaking. This is an old style water closet from the seventies. I informed the customer that the old style tanks are much bigger and heavier. The new parts do not always fit perfectly. I gave the customer a few options to have the water closet replaced. I also inspected the tub and shower in the upstairs hall. The faucet is leaking from the spout into the tub. I explained that the leak has to be from the valve, not the spout. I told the customer that at that age the valve is most likely worn down. I gave him a few options to have the work done. Customer also pointed out that the shut off below the water closet in the upstairs hall bathroom was leaking. I tightened the nut, it was loose. Continued warranty from original install.
Installed blower motor and wheel. Also added 4 pounds of R-22. Tested system and is now operating normal. System cooling with a 8 degree subcool and 24 degree temperature difference. Thanks for your business

Customer had a leak coming from toilet in the second floor dripping into the kitchen ceiling, once toilet was lifted up, the wax ring was completely worn out. Looked at the toilet and it made a hissing noise every time it filled up and shut off valve would keep turning and turning. Did a minor rebuild along with a pull & reset to add a new wax ring and also included a new shut off valve as a courtesy. 2yrs warranty parts and labor

In the main floor powder room. The water closet (toilet) had a stoppage. Tech auger the water closet to clear the stoppage. Tech pulled back a spoon. Water closet is clear. No leaks and work is complete.
Checked over system found frozen and low on refrigerant,failing voltage systems on roof and clogged heat rejection system ,customer only interested in recharging system ,advised customer that no warranty on refrigerant only due to system age and condition,
Installed customer supplied lavy faucet. Tested no leaks. Added lubricant and changed a seat and spring to the cold side cartridge of a Morn lavy faucet as a courtesy. Customers kitchen faucet is very old. The retaining nut is too large for any of my tools to grab, not even my large bases wrench can fit. In the cabinet, there is a wall of plumbing blocking the back end of the cabinet, so I had to remove his garbage disposal to make room for my hands. I had no luck and he didn’t want me to cut it out. He let me know his main interest in having me come was to get the pullout faucet head back onto the supply line, but it’s lost it’s threads. I picked up a generic faucet head from Home Depot but unfortunately they didn’t have one in Black. I let him know I would try to find a BLANCO 441208 Torino Anthracite branded faucet head and call him about what it would cost to install.
