The plumber Jason Cole was Pleasant, courteous and explained what the problem was and gave me prices for each option.He explained how he was going to Remedy the problem and checked all plumbing issues in the house. He cleaned up before he departed and wore Plastic over his shoes.

The plummer came to my office soon after I made the initial call to MY PLUMMER. He was courteous and fixed the problem with the office toilet. However, I was not aware up front of the cost. Although the service was very good, I thought the fee was too high.

Tech had to use the auger on the main floor hall bathroom water closet (toilet). Water closet had a stoppage. Stoppage was cleared. Also Tech replaced the fluid master in the water closet. All work is complete and there are no leaks at this time.
Tech replaced duel angle valve under kitchen sink. The dishwasher install team for other company told Ms Carol she had to have her valve replaced do to rust on the valve. There was no rust on the valve. But Ms Carol wanted to have it placed. The valve was replaced and there is no leaks. The work is complete.
Went to customer customer for hspplumb:check all plumbing fixtures discovered upstairs shower tub spout was bad,fill valve downstairs powder room defective low water pressure and when water flush android was also bad to short I replaced all the above that mentioned
Customer has aquatherm system, hot water only servicing complex at this time, unable to fully check performance. Excessive rust in secondary pan. Customer would like to know pricing for a new system.

I installed a new faucet/ pop up assembly inn the hall bathroom. I also replaced the stems in the hot/ cold of the master shower.
Water heater was working well, and I informed customer that he may soon need to replace it because it is showing it’s age. While I was there I heard his toilet running and did a minor rebuild on the basement water closet.
Tech auger water closet (toilet) in the main floor powder room. Nothing was pulled back. The customer was given a bro sure on the HSP plan customer is not interested at this time customer has an eco-heating system .
I ran my cable about 23 feet into the tub drain. Stoppage is clear at this time. No warranty, we cannot cotrol what goes down the drain. I recommended the customer use an enzyme treatment.
Installed new 1’ PRV and 1’ ball valve for the main line, tested no leaks.
