Brian was very good in explaining the problem and the remedy to correct the problems. Having the needed equipment on the the truck was a great asset as well as several items to choose from to correct the problem. but now it appears that the base of the faucet is not totally stable to the sink, Will kep my eye on it and relate to you if it need to be corrected

WARRANTY WORK: Upon arrival performed diagnostic to the heat pump system for heating operations, found the 2- year old unit not working due to electrical failures in the service disconnect and blown fuses . Replaced the 60a. Service disconnect box and 60a. fuses to the air handler in the basement, checked operations, found no other issues. Unit is working fine at this time. NOTE: While working on the HVAC system, noticed that the electric water heater has the cover to electrical elements removed. Very sure it’s something we didn’t do, cause it was like that upon arrival.
I installed a new customer supplied garbage disposal.
Pull and reset an hall bathroom toilet. 90day labor warranty. Customers toilet rocking, customer kept caulking bottom of toilet over time. Installed new wax ring and shimmed toilet.
Removed old Watts 1” Dual Check Vale and installed a new one with Teflon tape and Megalock. Tested pressure at 80psi, after bleeding out the air.
Install 50 gallon electric water heater with expansion tank and drip pan. 2 year parts and labor warranty. 6 year warranty on tank itself Customer signed up with our priority club
In the main floor hall bathroom. The water closet (toilet) is rocking and leaking. The angel valve or the water closet is leaking. Both angle valves under the lavy faucet is leaking too. My plumber pulled the water closet and put a new wax ring to stop the leaking. And the water closet reset. The angle valve for the water closet was replaced too. To stop the leaking. The two angle valves under the lavy sink to stop the leaking under the sink. The bathroom is to code and operating to code. No leaks

rebuild on guest bathroom toilet. Performed major rebuild on guest bathroom toilet then tested.
Customer was not getting constant hot water from heater reason dip tub was not in heater causing it's to have poor hot water supply through house all correction was made tested all plumbing fixtures on hot water side very hot to the customer satisfaction
