Tech ran 20 feet of cable down the lavy drain. The stoppage was cleared at 12 feet. The drain is clear, nothing was pulled back from the drain. Tech ran water don the drain the check the flow of the drain. The drain is flowing properly. Customer is interested in estimate for her tub. But the customer was not interested in the HSP at this time. Work is complete. There are no leaks at this time.
Replaced hot and cold stem on the tub/shower faucet in the main floor hall bathroom. To stop the leak. The faucet is over 40 y/o there is no warranty on the parts. No warranty on the labor. No leaks
Replaced wax ring w/horn... upstairs bathroom toilet.... it was leaking bad from the bottom .all the way to the basement,,, . 90 Days warranty on repaired.. tested ( 6 flashes ). No leaks...
Arrived to residence due to no ac call and thermostat locked out. Reset unlock code on thermostat and system was calling for cool. Noticed condenser was not operating due to capacitor was bad. Customer gave permission to change so changed 40/5 mfd capacitor. System is cooling proper at this time.
Laundry faucet wasn’t closing and had no isolation valves. Presented options to address. Homeowner elected for installation of isolation valves to bypass faucet (may replace in the future). Installed two 1/2” ball valves on H/C supply lines (second as Diag2p/courtesy).
Customer had pinhole leak in cold plastic supply line. Replaced with so 20” braided supply
Did copper water line 1/2 repaired outside front the house for outside hose Bibb explained to customer not warranty water line exposed to the weather (recommend winterize every year) also replaced shut off valve 1/2 for rear hose Bibb estimates replce /repair water closet mentioned priority club service
