Craig, the technician, did his best to repair our furnace. Due to the fact that the fan is broken he said that we could replace that, but recommended that he contact someone who would come and explain our options. Craig is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. Last evening Victor came to the house and checked our furnace. He explained thoroughly all of the information regarding the various furnaces. We chose one and then he set up the installation day with Steve via cell phone. Hopefully we will be warm again on Wednesday. Victor is very knowledgeable and uses excellent analogies in his explanations. He is very friendly and my husband really enjoyed his time with us. As with all previous My Plumber employees that have been here in the past, both Craig and Victor are very representative of your Company. Thank you from a greatly satisfied customer. Bill H. I ran my cable about 25 feet down the drain line. Stoppage was only about 4 or five feet in, but i needed to scrape the drain with my cable a lot to clear it. Drain is clear. No warranty on the stoppage, we cannot control what goes down the drain.
Arrived to residence to install txv valve. Pumped down refrigerant back into compressor. Removed valve. Installed new valve and secured sensing bulb. Pressuriz3d system with 250 psi of nitrogen. Held for 30 min. Released nitrogen and vacuumed system down to 430 microns. Released cha4ge and powered system on. System began cooling with a delta t of 19 degrees.
Installed customer supplied MOEN kichen foucet . And WHOLE HOUSE ANTI SCALE DIVICE. FLOW TECH.. I HAVE TO RUN TO HOME DEPOT TO GET THE RIGHT FOUCET FOR THE CUSTUMER.

Installed 75 gallon natural gas power vent water heater with 30" pan and 5 gallon expansion tank.
Duct cleaning done. Uv light already installed so just collected remaining balance of $427.52
Replaced condenser fan motor. System up and running proper at this time. Customer would like an update on how much longer her warranty will last.
Replaced 20 breaker and tested. System is running proper.
Arrived to find bolts for toilet completely rusted out and cold side supply line to faucet leaking. Gave option to replace toilet and faucet but customer just wanted repair. Replaced bolts for toilet as well as gasket and tightened down on supply line for toilet. Offered to replace fill valve but customer declined. Also found sump pump was not pumping. Pushed up on float and got it to kick on but pump hasnt worked for a while so fren drains and pit and full of many gallons of water.
First stated trouble shooting system cut on was running fine After 5 min system cut out Found capacitor for inducer motor had failed Pulling 1.089 rated for 3 Replaced capacitor
