Great service! True professional.

However, I would have liked to have an itemized receipt that provided subtotals for each work item. Would that be possibe? Other than that, Kevin really was great.

Installation of Humidifier

My Fan humidifier was installed on the side of my furnace, not above the plenum as originally I was told. I am concerned that it will not properly sense the ambient humidity of my first floor in my home because it was NOT wired to the upstairs sensor. I am still getting humidity alerts!!! if it continues, I must tell you that I will ask for an inspection to see if it was properly installed. IF not, I will be requesting a return of my money. I am giving it 2 weeks to see how it does in adjusting the humidity of my home

Find and fix a leak located somewhere behind walls

Brandon worked with me to find the source of the leak. He took my suggestion to enter the crawl space in the attic to look down into the chase to determine the source of the leak and determine the best way for him to enter the chase to fix the leak which fortunately didn't require removal of any other plumbing fixtures (e.g. sink or toilet).

I snaked out blockages on laundry tub side that backed to powder bathroom Which took care of the problem for both stoppages. Replaced all PVC and trap material underneath of laundry tub let glue set up for an hour And problem taken care of.

Went to customer house for running water of 50 gallons electrical system discovered was the t&p valve did the replacement after turn on water customer was not getting hot water in several faucet kitchen etc (frozen pipes in walls)wait in customer house until all faucet was distributed hot water and make sure no leak was in celling After pipe was defrost

Customer has a moen shower diverter with a bad cartridge 20+ years old. Tried removing the cartridge it’s stuck not budging didn’t want to cause further damage so I told the customer he has to replace the diverter. He said he will save it for another day. I installed a customer provided lavy faucet in basement bathroom
