Arrived due to no AC call. Customer installed new thermostat. During installation wires may have touched to cause the 3 amp fuse on the board. Replaced fuse and fan began to operate but was not getting 24 volts to the outdoor system. Traced out low voltage circuit and 24 volt relay had failed. Replaced relay and system began to operate normal pressures 163/389 subcool 13 degrees. System is operating normal at this time. Thanks for your business
Went to customer house off business to check on a 50 gallons electric water heater low boy did replacement with regular 50 gallons check voltage before inserting readings 220 volts proper for new install and convertion previous water had electric issues due to the fact water was leaking on hot and cold side causing breaker to trip conductor of the water to electric input fire hazard did all the correction by new replacement customer have hot water now
Dishwasher anglestop was leaking water, replaced and tested with no leaks.
Inspected furnace, found failed transformer. Advised customer of findings and replaced transformer. Started furnace to check for possible faults: in heat mode, it takes a few moments before inducer kicks in, pressure switch and open limit codes flash during that time. Outdoor unit contactor pulls in when call for a/c. No 240v to outside disconnect box. Customer just had electrical panel replaced and will contact his electrician. Static refrigerant pressure 146, outside ambient air temp 51*F, controls & wiring ok, coil has coating of dust (customer will take care of). Furnace online at this time.
Completed of job re piped copper to cpvc. Diagnosis was electric wire touching copper pipe created multiple pin hole leaks. Diagnosis all bad pipe then replace and tested everything working great at this time. repipe done from basement from water heater to upstairs hallway.
Install new 40 gallon natural gas water heater, expansion tank and Carbon Monoxide detector.
At the home My Plumber was called to. The main drain line for the home has a stoppage. The toilet in the only bathroom in the home was pulled to clear the stoppage. The 1500 machine was used. My Plumber ran 26 feet of cable in the line. The stoppage cleared at 22 feet. Roots was Pulled back when retrieving the cable. The toilet was reset, water was ran from every fixture in the home for about 5 mins to ensure the stoppage was clear. The stoppage was clear and the drain system is flowing to code. Install a new shower head and bracket to accommodate for the customer previous one was to high for customer.
Snake laundry line from basement clean out about 50 feet get the line open everything draining fine
Sold hsp. Minor rebuild on master bathroom toilet. Installed new 5/8 x3/8 glue angle stop. Sub floor under toilet is falling apart and needs to be replaced. Installed flapper in hall bath gratis to sell hsp. Heater is from 2001 with plastic drain valve. She’s going to start saving now
Clear stoppage on water closet in basement powder room by augua
Replaced blower wheel with original unit. Changed humidifier water panel and verified water solenoid operation, ensured proper drainage. Reset water panel indicator and set humidistat at 35%, winter mode.
