Replaced out side hose bibs, installed new 3/4 hp 750 Pro, and single handle Moen kichen faucet. Tested everything no leaks working properly.
Arrived to residence due to system heating in cool mode. During inspection verified all wiring correct and tested operation of reversing valve. Noticed reversing valve was getting energized for heat. Checked programming of the thermostat and noticed it had gone back to factory default. Programmed the stat to energize O for cool and system started operating proper. Thanks for your business
REPLACED TUB- SPOUT ON UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. AND TWO KOHLER SEAL ON TWO TOILET. TESTED NO LEAKS.
INSTALLED NEW KITCHEN FAUCET KOHLER PULL OUT SPRAY TWO YEARS PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. DUE TO CUSTUMER APPOINTMENT, DIDNT LET LOOK THE AGE OF THE WATER HEATER AND HVAC SYSTEM. HE WATNS ME TO TAKE CARE THE KICHEN FAUCET AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..
Performed HSP MAINTENANCE. UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS TOILETS WORKING PROPERLY, LAVATORY ARE IN REALLY GOOD CONDITION, ALL DRAIN LINES DRAINING GOOD. FOUND TWO GALLON ESPANSION TANK FULL OF WATER, AND OUTSIDE FRONT HOSEBIBS LEAKING. REPLACED ESPASION TANK , AND DUE TO TIGH SPACE CUSTOMER AGREED TO REPLACED 1/2’’ CUT OFF VALVE INSTED OF THE OUT SIDE FAUCET. INSTALLED EVERYTHING TESTED NO LEAKS.. SOLD BIO CLEAN.
Tech replace one inch pressure reducing valve also replace 1 inch ball valve. Tech replaced sump pump that is on a 1 1/4 pipe. Tech replaced two angle valves under the master bathroom sink. Also in the powderroom on the main floor Tech replaced two angle valves under the sink. Work is complete and there are no leaks.
Performed a minor rebuild on toilet. Ran to two different hardware stores trying to find the right adapter for her hose bib Outfront. I helped find a plumbing parts place that would carry the part they need which they will pick up on their own some other day
Wax ring underneath Toilet in master bathroom was rotten off and had caused leaking to seap through the first floor. Had to replace the wax ring so needed to do pull and reset. Toilet was original from the house same as the upstairs hall bathroom one. Customer was content with the ADA comfort height one they had installed the week before so replaced both toilets to the same style one and got them delivered. Added both angle stops as a courtesy
Installed ADA Toto elongated toilet in hallway bathroom. Also installed a new angle valve as a courtesy. 2yrs parts and labor.
Fill valve is clogged up and filling up very slowly. Toilet is over 30yrs old so recommended replacing it. Coming back tomorrow 2/27 after 12:30pm to install a comfort height toilet
Installed Moen posited 1222 in upstairs (left) hallway bathroom.
Installed a 1” PRV, a 3/4” brass check valve, and a 1/2” brass check valve. 2 year warranty.
Arrived to find customer stating toilet was leaking from base. Pulled toilet and found wax ring was disintegrating and flange was level with floor. Reset toilet with extra wax ring with horn and also replaced bolts. Replaced supply line per courtesy. Recommended replacing toilet do to insides looking older.
Capped off half inch copper water lines and inch and a half pvc waste line. There are no leaks.
Basement bathroom mainline has a clog. Tech removed the water closet (toilet) to snake the main line. Tech ran about 50 feet of cable. Stoppage was cleared at 42 feet. Per Sharon camera crew is schedule for 11/13/18 between 12 and 4. Roots was pulled back. Customer stated that her neighbors had the same issue. So possible the whole development mite need the dig crew.
