My Plumber sent Mahmoud Zamzam to realign water and waste lines for our bathroom vanity. Mahmoud is clear and concise with his approach to completing the work. He provided job updates As the work progressed. When the job was done, he showed his finished work and made sure the job site was clean. I recommend Mahmoud.

Bill H. Customer stated that the master bathroom was recently worked on. From the location of the stain in the ceiling i have to assume that the leak was from the wate closet. I pulled the water closet and reset it. One year warranty on the reset. I found that the previous wax seal was compromised and was clearly leaking past the flange.

Bill H. I pulled the water closet and Troy ran his camera through the line. The line is clear as a whistle. I recommend the customer install hand blowers instead of the paper towels. I also found the the laundry sink was fully clogged up. I ran my cable through the line. Drain is clear now. I removed a lot of debris from the sink drain. Recommend the owner speak to the staff about putting solid objects into the laundry sink.

1. Upon arrival at house Washington gas and the fire department were out a couple days earlier and shut off main gas at the meter due to a possible gas leak around the kitchen stove, .... 2. Checked around house for an emergency gas shut off valve to only the gas stove no gas valve was located ......... 3. Installed emergency gas shut off valve under kitchen sink leading to stove, after installing new valve turned gas back on at the meter and turn on the water heater, and then tested for leaks around the stove no leak was found at this time however my plumber recommend installing a new gas line from the shut off valve to the stove due to improper piping........ 4. Gas shut off valve to the stove has been left in off position until customer can get a certified appliance technician to further inspect the stove to determine that there is no problem, gas shut off valve is also left off due to improper piping too many gas connectors connected to each other before

Performed cooling tune up on one system. Checked inside and outside units, checked electrical, checked drain line and checked the charge. Noticed inside heat exchanger been rusted,drain line doesn’t have safety switch and system have restrictions. Informed customer regarding the issues and explained the situation of the system and R22. He declined everything and wants to system run like this until break down.

Customer states AC is not cooling. Checked the system and noticed drain line was clogged and safety switch causing to thermostat shut off. Clean and cleared the drain line and test it out. All working ok at. Customer sign up for HSP priority Club yearly. So I performed cooling inspection as well. All working properly at this time.
