other than the service the problem I had was 12/31/ 2019 the service person was very late getting to my house. there woud not been a problem if my plumber would have called me and let me know what was going on. happen again on 1/2/2019 service person was scheduled to be here between 9 am and 12 pm. no call or anything to let me know what was going on. service person got to my house at qround 4pm. I had to call my plumber many times both days to get answers. this should not happen. I could have gotten other things done instead of waiting all day. the excuse I got was the part was on will call. this is not an excuse. At least a phone call would have suffice.

Mr. John Woodridge is very professional who knows his element and knows what to do. He also answers our concerns and does a clean job. He gives us helping hint and advice how to take care of our unit and I learned a lot from him. We trust him 100 % because he knows what he is doing we have seen a lot of disasters with our unit since we purchased it from your company, but since we had him servicing the unit we are very satisfied with his work he is the best.

Repaired 1/2” copper water line above kitchen sink in ceiling. Checked everything no leaks.
Installed 1”Prv due to high pressure 115psi Added 1 “ ball valve so treatment unit can be bypassed.
Custumer stated that water heater is leaking from the bottom for the last couple days. After diagnosed found the problem. Condensation lines was clogged. I mentioned to the customer that this line had to be snake. I SNAKED ABUOUT 20’. TESTED EVERYTHING WORKING PROPERLY NOW. Senior discount.$41
Bill H. I tried to use that parts that the customer had received. The faucet was still leaking. The customer is going to pick up a faucet and call us back to have the faucet installed. Please put on hold for parts.
Bill H. I replaced the overflow gasket. I also found a small crack in the tub. No warranty due to the crack. If this proble comes back up the customer is aware that they need to have the tub replaced.

Replaced leaking gas valve, ran heat cycle after installing new gas valve to ensure proper operation. Main gas cutoff valve to furnace is back on and pilot is lit inside furnace. Chemically cleaned condenser coils to improve airflow across coils. After cleaning coils, charged system with customer permission with 1lb of R22 refrigerant. System is now running a lot more efficiently and is cooling home. System is in good condition. No further problems to report.
Installed customer supplied garbage disposal. Tested, no leaks. No warranty
Installed evo thermostat, programmed schedule, and set date/time. Also customer will call back in July to set up an appointment for an attic fan installation. Upper level does not get cool. Advised her install a attic fan and re-insulate attic. Insulation is only about 6 inches and has spots missing insulation. Stat installed and operating proper. Thanks for your business

Bill H. I preformed a pipe repair on the galvanized steel drain line in the upstairs hall bathroom.on year warranty on the repair. I also replaced the trap in the same bathroom. Two year warranty on the trap install. I also had to clear a stoppage in the same lavy drain. I ran my cable about 21 feet down the line. Stoppage is clear. No warranty on the stoppage. I recommend the customer use the bio clean to maintain the drain.
