Hello all, About three years ago, we upgraded our kitchen complete with stainless steel and granite countertops. About a couple of weeks ago, my wife noticed that our kitchen faucet was leaking. I took a look at it and could not determine where the leak was coming from other than (the obvious) the handle. I thought that I could fix it by installing a rubber gasket, but did not find how to take that part off. I called My Plumber for help and it was quickly determined that the "set screw" was missing from the handle - this causing the leak. My wife and I think the leak was very slow, thus, no one noticed it until my wife left a paper towel near the handle before she went to bed. The next morning the towel was soaked. That made me wonder how long this leak was and how much was my water bill effected? Long story short, we had to get rid of this faucet. We purchased a new one at our local store and My plumber came out within 24 hours to install it. We are very happy!

My experience was fantastic. Keith, my technician, was not only professional, but courteous as well. Keith even cleaned the my floor area, and gave preventive tips on how to keep my sink from unclogging.

Installed 2 ton 19 seer evolution ac gas furnace,air scrubber
Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance. Inspected furnace, ducts need cleaning, blower assembly ok, blower amps ok, capacitor within factory specifications, filter ok, drain clear, and had a 21 degree temperature difference. Outdoor coils clean, contactor not pitted or burned, fan motor running at high amps before replacing capacitor, capacitor rated 45/5 reading 38/1. Compressor and fan motor amps normal after replacing capacitor. System is operating normal at this time. Thanks for your business

Customer had a round toilet in upstairs hallway bathroom that was original with the house. Offered elongated or comfort toilets as an alternative replacement but customer was just interested in round one. Installed a kohler round toilet with 2yrs warranty on parts and labor,
Performed HSP a/c maintenance & inspection. Indoor unit ducts & filter ok, blower assembly ok, motor FLA 7.9, controls & wiring ok, condensate line clear. Outdoor unit coil ok, capacitor values low(77/5 mfd from 80/5 mfd), contactor ok, wiring secure, bump check ok, refrigerant static psi normal, outside ambient air temp 52*F. Advised customer of findings and R22 equipment status and presented options. Picked up part from local supply house and replaced capacitor. Overall equipment status satisfactory. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. The drain pipe was not connected. Tech reconnected the pipes to stop the leak. All of the work is complete. There are no leaks at this time.
Snake patien area toilet 6’ three times . Tested with lots toilet paper and flashes ok..
Used the auger to clear water closet stoppage. Gave customer some bio clean for fixtures and prevent future stoppages.
Installed new 3/4 hp pro com garbage disposal in kitchen. Due to trap spacing had to re work entire trap system. Also performed minor rebuild on upstairs master toilet, replaced flapper in hall bathroom upstairs, and replaced trap for master sink on right side that had broke. Tested and everything is working at this time,
Snaked outside area was drain, pulled back rocks.
Removed and installed new 12” hose Bibb to the front of the home.
I installed a new two handle tub and shower valve/ trim kit.
Tested all toilets in home, also checked water meter inside home for water usage. Found no source of wasted water from any toilets, showers and or faucets.
installed a new 1” ball valve and a gas valve for the heater.
