I scheduled an after 7pm appt. At 8pm I was told that Eric would be there in an hour. At 930pm I called and was sent to voice mail. Eric arrived at aprox 1030pm. No notification about running late. Without even removing any pipes I was told it would cost 483.00. I was given 50.00 off after the work was done. It took aprox 45 minutes. That put Eric leaving at around 1145pm.

Bill H. I found that the kitchen drain was broken and sagging badly. The disposal was also leaking. I repaired the drain work. One year warranty. I also installed a new 3/4 hp disposal. Two year warranty.
Customer's yard was completely flooded. Could not find the city main. Right where the flooding was, there is an old sprinkler system. Capped off the sprinkler system. Customer also had leak in the basement toilet. Turned shut off valve off to the toilet. The meter in the house has stopped running. Recommended contacting the water authority and the sprinkler company.
