Service was exceptional. I called at 11:45 a.m. to get help with a blocked bathtub drain; Jim was at the door at 12:30. He did a fantastic job — fixed the problem speedily, cleaned the tub and floor like new and was gone within a half hour tops. The only cloud on the experience was a health-care-like bill of $380-plus (AFTER the senior discount!). Even given the quality of the service provided, this just seems shockingly high.

HOOMAN KHAZEI inspected both units, and described his findings. One set of capacitors was below recommended levels, so I had him replace it. He did so quickly. He was very courteous and neat. The price seemed high--even with discounts, but it's taken care of.

1. Removed double stack washer and dryer, and removed and replaced hot and cold emergency shut off valve‘s leading to washing machine ..... 2. Note : had to cut a small section of drywall to access copper pipes my plumber not responsible for any drywall repairs, also customer stated that the new washing machine is being delivered today and the delivery company is responsible for installation, my plumber not responsible for any connections after the shut off valve’s ....... 3. I inspected furnace and ac system. Drain pan, drain line and condensate pump are all in good order. However EAC Pre filter and coil were very dirty. I cleaned both. System is I. Good working order

Upon arrival Recovered 10lb’s,5onces R410A,Factory charge ( 13lb,66 once’s) Replaced defective compressor and filter ,pressure tested 325psi,pulled vacuum,pick uploaded,as well as pressure’s.delta -t 20.3 ,weighed in Factory Charge, systemon lin at this time.
Noticed capacitor was weak ,due the fact the capacitor was weak causing the compressor was causing the compressor to create excess heat causing unit to fail Check pressure 296/120 superheat 9 Subcool 11 temperature split was 21 Thank you for your business

I inspected straight ac system. Found outdoor unit non operational due to failed capacitor. I replaced. Joined Priority Club. System is in good working order.

Cleared TUB Stoppage. Customer understands there is no warranty passed the first shower taken.

I inspected furnace and ac system to include: R-22 -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils are Oddb 86 Iddb 74 Change leak capacitor with new one 35/5 Change pitted and burn contactor with new one System is in good working order. Offer RTS but customer was annoyed on plumber Steve was on site with electrician Send me back whenever customer call for new system.
