Your services, while quality good, are over priced. While installing a new bathroom faucet, that I purchased, would cost $420 or fixing the current one the same amount of money for less than an hours work I will Never ever use your company again. Installed new sump pump with clear check valve, Snake floor drain as courtesy. Tested everything no leaks working properly. Snake floor about 21’ hit stoppage at 14’ tested draining ok 90 days warranty on stoppage. And two year parts labor on new installation. TEACHER DISCOUNT.
Customer had a shut off valve in the upstairs hallway bathroom that would not turn off. She needed to replace fill valve since it was constantly running but could not do it because of the shut off valve. Went downstairs to turn the water off but the main shut off valve was also not working. Replaced main shut off and added a new angle stop for bathroom.
