snake floor drain 21’ past stack and cleared stoppage at about 15’. Pulled back metal drain cover and what looks like hair. Pictures attached. Test and all seems well at this time.

I inspected furnace system to include: R-410 TXV -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils are clean Iddb 72 Oddb 40 Blower assembly is dirty and needs to be pulled and cleaned. Honeywell EAC cells are dirty. Vacuumed was not sufficient to clean and should be replaced. Ducts are dirty and need to be cleaned. Uv bulb is failed and needs to be replaced.
Performed hsp inspection found most of plumbing in good shape just older. Replace anode rod ,replace tmp valve flushed and drained water heater everything it working great at this time. Thank you for your business
