Receive same day service. The technician was very responsive, professional and caring.
Customer showed leak on ceiling in basement coming from dishwasher. Pulled out dishwasher and found water sitting in bottom of pan. Turned water off under sink. Told customer this is an appliance related leak and not plumbing. Waived dispatch fee. Only charged diagnostic fee $200.
Push reset button on thermostat and water heater is heating now.
Psi 55 is not asr faucet is working is water coming out poss the line froze repair master bath and p/r water closet 1 year warranty
Left hand shower faucet in upstairs hallway bathroom was dripping. Replaced balancing cartridge (Kohler) with a new one. Tested, functioning properly, no leaks. Pressure at 50lbs.
No flow from hot water side on the k/s faucet Rubber from the angle valve got to the faucet and the cartridge Replace both angle valves h/c for the k/s faucet and remove the robber pieces from the faucet
