Darin was the consummate professional. He arrived on time with all needed supplies and equipment and completed the work with great skill. He was polite, careful of my property and listened well to my concerns. He was able to fix the problem the first plumber was unable to fix. Upon arrival checked 3 year old Ac /furnace found condenser in need of cleaning,cleaned as needed,checked operation system on line at this time.
Pulled out gas range and capped off 1/2” gas line. Pushed line so it was behind wall and wouldn’t obstruct anything. Also cut off gas in closet for fireplace and labeled both so there would be no confusion per customer.

Major rebuild on upstairs hall bathroom toilet. Low pressure in all lavatory faucets. Cleaned debris out of all 6 lavatory faucet aerators. Spoke with ll about replacement of a couple faucets that had jammed handles. Declined

Installed new pop-up assembly on upstairs hall bath sink Tested no leaks 1 year parts and labor warranty Installed new chrome toilet tank handle on master bedroom toilet 1 year parts and labor warranty Took apart kitchen sink faucet. Cleaned and re-assembled Cartridge nut was no tight all the way No warranty on this. Faucet is not leaking at this time Also re-installed hall bath shower handle Tested works great.
Customer had a pin hole leak coming from copper pipe above main shut off. Recommended switching gate valve to a ball valve and went ahead and replaced valve and put a coupling on the pinhole leak.
1. Repaired cast-iron/copper 3 inch sewer line by replacing approximately 4 feet of pipe installing PVC clean out 4 feet of PVC pipe with sheer band adapters ........ 2. After making repairs tested system by running water in upstairs bathroom for approximately 15 to 20 minutes everything looks good no more leaks at this time ......
INSTALLED TWO NEW 40 GALLON ELECTRIC WATER HEATER WITH ONE TWO GALLON ESPANSION TANK, ALUMINUM PAM, TWO BALL VALVE, AND SUMP PUMP. TESTED EVERYTHING NO LEAKS.
A replacement was recommended to guest bath w/c upon arrival due to hairline crack in tank.installed a gerber white round to guest bath.
Repaired leak on hot supply above water heater. Replaced main water valve and pressure reducing valve to homes water supply set at 60psi. Installed new fill valve in master bath water closet
