The technician was excellent. Explained the process, very clean and efficient. Do feel the cost (692.00) of the disposal was excessive. Unfortunately I was not able to shop around as I have pending serious surgery.

Bennett checked the HVAC system out and suggested two electrical parts be changed. I was quoted an awesome price and let him change the parts out. I don't know if he checked the pressure on the system for he did not say and it is not on the work order. I am guessing he did and the pressure was ok. Will see in the fall on the next service.

The technician that came was professional and friendly, showed up on time, and got the work done in a timely manner, so far I am happy with the work (just happened yesterday). I felt that the cost of this project was VERY high to drain a hot water heater and to replace the knob that turns my outside water on from the inside. I was just shocked by the cost, maybe this is the cost of plumbing these days.

I am beyond ecstatic for the excellent and prompt service by Joe Leffler and his crew. They dug a 30+ foot trench housing the existing waterline and replaced it from the well and into the crawl space. Joe is very friendly and kept me informed during the whole job. He even made friends with my 4 dogs letting them know he was their friend too and his presence wasn’t a threat. I highly recommend Joe Leffler from My Plumber and will call him again if ever needed. House is 1.5 years old. Completed repair of 1 “ cpvc pipe off tank tee of well tank. Replaced leaking female adapter with new adapter with gasket.
Installed 1/2 hp garbage disposal, paid for yearly amount for Hsp
Arrived and found a failed 40/5 mfd capacitor at front side lower system and front side upper system. Replaced both caps and tested operation. Both systems back on line. Elec readings and amp draws all in spec. Both systems cooling. Repairs complete.
Checked and found failed voltage storage system on outdoor section ,quoted repairs and due to customer being elderly agreed to pay balance on 07/03/19 when her check comes in ,installed voltage storage system and checked operations,returned to service .
Upon arrival checked system found ,dirty filter and condenser coil,cleaned condenser coil ,signed up for priority club maintenance plan,checked operation system on line at this time,delta t 19*,pressure’s up loaded.
Scheduled duct cleaning for Friday 12-2pm Signed up for priority club membership Corrected installation and checked system operations All checks ok at this time Went to Home Depot for materials Leveled furnace and evaporator coil Removed cardboard from evaporator coil Removed supply plenum and reinstalled Insulated duct. Resealed duct Ran secondary drain line to drain pan and hooked up to drain pan Removed primary drain line and installed new primary drain with running trap. Strapped plenum Removed exaust and installed new exaust pipe. Removed window unit to return to shop
Installed new Bryant Evolution ac system. Replaced outdoor unit, pad and pump ups. Added gravel under pad and around unit. Replaced gas furnace and evap coil and added 3/8 liquid line filter dryer to system. Installed new ez trap switch and new Bryant Evolution tstat. System is in great condition is cooling home near proper subcool of 11 degrees. Temp drop 83/59. System is in good condition and is cooling home efficiently. Replaced air filter and checked heat cycle to make sure heat works before leaving property. Ac is currently running and is cooling home. Customer is happy with service and with new system. Augered men’s lab toilet. Cleared unknown. After clearing noticed toilet was filling slowly. Replaced fill valve and supply. Noticed that sometimes when flushed water lines feeding both men’s and women’s toilet for lab the lines would become very loud. Possible chance the shutoffs to both toilets are failing. Informed staff that if it continues we should replace valves. This should be performed before Medical Center opens so we will not disturb water supply during business hours. No warranties to issue. Replaced Sewage Pump. Sump crock has a hole in the bottom so it is taking on rain water too. No warranty because the pump is running every few minutes. Quoted $3,000 additional to replace the sump crock. Customer declined.
