Crazy expensive

$555 for a 25 foot snake of a 2” pipe, and took the guy 45 minutes from setup to cleanup. Highway robbery. Felt pressured as I didn’t want to pay the service fee and go through getting another quote. Should have gone with another company.

Got it fixed quickly

The two technicians who arrived were very competent and courteous. I was also very pleased with the prompt response to what I deemed to be an emergency situation. As always I thought the cost was well overpriced.

Performed diagnostic check of septic effluent pump system. Found automatic pump system in place of 3 float system. On and off float system has been abandoned. Performed check of control board. Checked out ok at this time. Checked alarm float and found float has failed. Replaced alarm float with new float. 1 year warranty on float only. Informed customer that there will be a need to redo junction boxes on side of tank due to their condition. At this time I would highly recommend switching back over to the float system that is in place already in tank.

Cleared toilet stoppage in hall bathroom and also replaced flapper and fill valve. Also repaired section of cpvc pipe that had burst on patio and re did connection to spiggot. No warranty on outside pipe repair due to nature of install. Did put in new bleeder valve outside with nut so homeowner could more easily purge the water from the line. Also recommended to get line either installed correctly or winterized correctly
