David was absolutely terrific today. He was very knowledgeable. Very helpful. He did great work. He is a great ambassador for My Plumbing. The only thing that would have made the experience better was a more fair price. My Plumber prices are by far the highest in the area. Really outrageous.

Complete install of 50g hot water system including isolation valve, water heater booster to accommodate removing 66g system. New 86 g well tank with all new componets 40/60 pressure system. 2 year warranty on all work completed 2 year parts and labor on water heater 6 year tank warranty excludes labor after 2 years
Smell on hot side...chlorinated well (did after install) , replace anod rod with rod for smelly water... recommend to install 1354 AIR CAT Water Right ,green sand filter...Iron +smell removal...4321$
Upon arrival recovered refrigerant and removed failed evaporator coil in the air handler to the addition In crawl space. And installed new coil in place, also replaced the bi-flow filtered Dryer and recharged the R-410 system. Checked and cycled operations, unit is working fine at this time.

Arrived to find evidence of major leak in customers home in utility closet. Water was shutoff upon arrival. Removed coupling from big blue poly butylene pipe and found leak and pipe so weak I was able to break it off with my finger. Recommended replacing entire water service from meter to inside shutoff to prevent any more leaks or floods, customer needs to contact electric company to get more information about water line replacement. Also found failed pressure device in home and installed customer supplied pressure valve. Set everything to 70 psi. Everything is working fine at this time, 1 year warranty but can not warranty poly pipe
Installed new thermostats and elements for left water heater. Everything is working properly at this time. Quoted to replace sump pumps.
Returning tomorrow afternoon for my second call to repair water heater. Customer had to leave today and parts need to be picked up.

So I washed outside condenser coil and then added 4lb R410 to the system then did electronic leak search. Didn’t find any leaks in the system. So customer will monitor the system and let us know.
Installed new customer supplied laundry faucet in garage sink . And removed restriction on main floor lavatory sink. Check bathtub stopper is on placed and working properly. And adjust two pop up second floor master bathroom. Tested everything no leaks working. No warranty on custumer supplies parts. COLLECTED $644 PAID WITH VISA .

Replaced hot side angle stop under defective part in basement bathroom. Also installed supply lines for laundry room faucet due to existing ones leaking. Did not have 30” on my truck last visit.
