My Plumber fix this issue 3 years ago with a Moen faucet for about $1K. They came back for basically the same problem for another $600.00. I won't be using them again.

Replaced zoning control board, lat sensor, remote sensor and user interface.
Psi 60 Did water closet major rebuild upstairs kids bathroom tested everything working ok
Upon arrival recovered R-410 freon from the new installed heat pump system and removed factory DEFECTIVE high pressure switch. Installed new high pressure switch in place, replaced the bi-flow filter and recharged 6lbs. of R-410 freon in the new installed heat pump system. Checked operations, unit is working and cooling properly at this time.
Installed two new ceiling fans over outside porch pool house. Installed customer supplied light fixture in bathroom of pool house. Tested and working properly. Have a wonderful day and thanks again for choosing my plumber.
Bill To... $637.00 payable within 10 days 2027. Paid today. Found the blower motor bad. Wires shorted at the motor housing. Pulled the blower mortadella housing. Cust declined blower wheel cleaning. Had to leave to purchase the motor mounts for the new motor. Returned and replaced the blower motor. Waited 2 hrs plus for payment. That’s when I found out there would need to be a bill To for the remaining balance. The furnace needs replacing. Furnace needs additional serv work. Declined. Installed new motor. No warranty on this repair due to the condition of the furnace.
