As is always the case, trouble happens when you least expect it and My Plumber was quick to send a plumber to diagnose the problem and, when they found it was an HVAC problem an HVAC technician followed up on the same day. Chris, the technician also gave me tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. This is better service than I am used to in Northern Virginia. Keep up the good work! I am still waiting to receive my invoice . . . the whole process was done over the phone and with email which is a great advantage when living 60 miles away.

Replaced wax seat to hall bathroom water closet. Water marks on ceiling below was directly below toilet. Drywall is repairable and customer decided to have pull and reset done before ceiling is cut.
