the guy charged me 400 dollars for 2 shut off vavles that i could have got at lowes for 5 dollars a piece and broke a piece to my tub so it still did not work an then said he would fix that for 1500 i can buy a new tub for that price so 400 dollars for the guy to break a piece to my tub an not fix it i will not be calling my plumber for nothing else i will call anyone else

Arrived within 2 hours,assessed issue and replaced well pump and pressure tank. Extremely knowledgeable, productive and patiently explained everything. Within 7 hours, water was back on, better than ever. Dave even replaced my outside leaky spicket as he waited for other parts to arrive. And when i thought there was an issue again he called me directly to check the issue.

Hot side stem was leaking into tub. While removing stem the very old valve broke. Installed 2 shutoff valves so that the customer could have water and replace the valve himself. $400. 1 year warranty on work I performed.

Well is APROX 100 ft deep...lots of water ,lots of mud and clay. Well Installed new 40 gallon electric water heater with isolation valves on hot and cold lines Installed new water heater pan Pulled and reset toilet so I could get water heater out.
Completed repair of water line coming into pressure switch. Replaced with brass nipple. No warranty Homes waterline System needs repipe and well tank should be replaced and installed correctly. Estimate is $5100 with well tank.
NOTE...NOTE... SPOKE WITH PARTS AND A RUNNER WILL HAVE TO TAKE A 20x24x4 MEDIA FILTER TO WENDELLS LAKEHOUSE IN LOUISA. Arrived to find AC not cooling. Upon inspection found failed 45mfd capacitor. Replaced part and tested operation. Pressures 85/146, SH 2.3F, 14F delta T. Spoke with Steve Miller about readings. Did superheat calculation and target SH should be 27F. Recovered 5lbs of R22 one pound at a time until I got my SH reading up to 25F. New pressures 82/136, SH 25F, 10.2F capacity check, 18F delta T, compressor amps 6.85. System hasn't been looked at in a couple of years and refrigerant has never been added to system. System has been overcharged since installation. System back online and operational at this time. Billed to Wendell per the notes.
Entrance level bathroom group was backing up. Had been snaked 3 weeks ago by a friend of the homeowner. Cables had heavy buildup on them. Suspect line has a belly at or near the group. Tested under running water and multiple flushes for 5 minutes. Draining properly. Spoke with Sharyn and homeowner is available for camera Monday between 9:00-12:00. Warranty pending result of camera inspection. BioClean upgrade added to combat buildup.
Dig old water service out next to house, removed “t” fitting that tied to old well that was no longer in use.
