GUY was great but when inspector came, he called & tolf you the pipe needed to be put into Sump pump area. After 2 failed apts (NO ONE SHOWED) taking time off of work & you NEVER fixed the problem. I should have not trusted MY PLUMBER & let the inspector DAIL the system. I will NEVER use or refer you. Also will be reporting the BBB.org!

Ted arrived on time, explained the problem and solution and calculated the cost immediately. We agreed to the repair and cost and he repaired the problem right then and there. We were very pleased with Ted's expertise and workmanship. He told us something we never knew about our hose bib and how to properly drain it for winter and we've been living in the house for 18 years. GREAT SERVICE! Will ask for Ted again, if and when, we need a plumber.

MyPlumber technician CJ Larry provided timely, professional, and quality service to my new home, paying close attention to detail, laying out several options, and explaining the repair process in depth.
Had a leaky water heater. Hoped it was a small fix but had to replace it. Phil was knowledgeable and went overboard the options and got it done the next day.
The two gentlemen that came out to my house were the most pleasant, hard working folks I have encountered a long while. They even took the time to say hi to my Dogs Sammy and Banjo. I appreciate everything they did because they were at my house so late at night, addressing my needs.
Stephanie took her time and assessed my concerns with the toilet. She identified in the end the cause of the slow leak in the bowl was the seal as feared and completed the job in no time.
Major rebuild on main floor 1/2 bathroom. 90 day parts and labor warranty
Installed new hose bib. 1 year warranty excluding freezing.
Pipe repair in basement 1/2” copper. Build out studs for proper mounting of pipes.
Customers main shut off valve was leaking from the handle and bonnet nut. Valve was original with the house and outdated. Went outside and looked for the water mater to turn off the water from the street to be able to replace the valve. Switched out valve with a quarter turn ball valve.
Install new 40 gallon natural gas water heater standard vent and 2 gallon expansion tank.

Removed and replaced 2 handle bathroom faucet on pedestal sink in first floor powder room, after installing new faucet pedestal sink had a chip near the pop up assembly that was caused do to prior damage on sink customer stated the damage was not there before, after talking to management we replaced the sink as a courteous, new sink is a little bit smaller than the old one customer is aware of this and is responsible for any painting around the new sink ..... 2. Customers garbage disposal wasn’t turning on. Believed to be over 10+ yrs old. Replaced it with a brand new abadger 1/2hp garbage disposal with 2yrs parts and labor. Signed up for our home service plan.
Can’t get 16 year old water heater to light. No preventative maintenance. Install new 40 gallon gas water heater with expansion tank. 6 year warranty. Also noticed a hole/crack in exhaust pipe for HVAC unit. Called dispatch to have them set an appointment for tomorrow AFTER 3:30 to resolve.

RTS, RTS, RTS: (Sharyn) ALSO SOLD whole house AIR DUCT CLEANING as well. Upon arrival performed maintenance to HVAC system for heating operations, found the 23-year old gas furnace in the basement not safe to operate cause of ( C/O hazards) due to mechanical failures to the heat exchanger.— Also found dirty return air duct system as well. Checked air conditioning system, found the NEWLY INSTALLED (2-year old) unit to be fine at this time. Due to the age and conditions of the 23-year old gas furnace, comfort consultant is requested. Gas furnace was REFERRED TO SALES, comfort consultant is SCHEDULED for later today at 2:00 pm. NOTE: Air duct cleaning is already SCHEDULED to be done on Thursday morning 8:00 to 10:00
Roll for camera inspection Customers laundry tub when used was filling the bathtub. Customer has snaked the line and then proceeded to cut out the drainage system under the bath tub and cut a hole into the 2” drain. Customer said he requested the camera. The home was remodeled in 2010.
Removed 12y/o Bradford white Direct Power Vent Water Heater and Flue Pipe arrangement. Installed State 50 Gal Direct Power Vent and Vent Assembly + 26” Pan + 5 Gal Expansion Tank.
