Our AC sprung a leak, so I called and had someone out the following morning to take a look at it. Would’ve been a bit more convenient if it could have been same day. Pricing seemed a bit high for the basic service performed. But the tech was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and providing a solution.

I had Randall hook-up my gas line to my new Weber grill. He made it look easy. Gave me instructions on how to use my new barbecue grill and gave me great cook tips too.

The staff at Mr. Plummer were very responsive. Mario arrived as promised. He is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time explain what he was about to do and did a great job fixing the leak in one of our pipes.

Installed new main shutoff and PRV. 1 year warranty.
Replaced the failed motor, electrical voltage booster and installed electrical surge protection system. Cycled operating conditions of the system, unit is working fine at this time.
Signed up for priority club membership for 2 systems Attic system is 5 Bsmt system is 3 Completed 2 systems maintainance Added refrigerant for attic system
Replaced attic fan and tested. Fan is operational.
Snake kitchen sink drain 50’ with k50 drain machine. Pulled nothing back. Reassemble drain,test and all seems well at this time.
Replaced broken vent termination under bay window with proper damper style dryer vent hood. Cleaned out and repaired damper on dryer vent termination under back deck. Repaired and cleaned both dryer vents. Vents are clear and in good working order.

Snake kitchen sink drain about 32’. Pulled back sludge and food. Old house with copper and cast iron drains. Test and all seems well at this time. Talked about bio clean enzyme cleaner for prevention maintenance on all drains. No warranty on stoppages.

I inspected the AC system to include: R-410a TXV -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean Clean Condensor coil -Refrigerant charge is good Oddb 87 Iddb 72 System is in good working order.

Check for leak in dining room ceiling due to water dripping checking bathroom above and cutting holes in the drywall diagnosing the water leak coming from second-floor master bathroom shower stall Due to shower drain stoppage and issues with grouting and caulking in tiles ....... 2. Snaked upstairs master bathroom shower stall with K 50 running 25 feet of cable removing a large amount of hair clearing the blockage ..... 3. Recommend that customer repair grout and tile‘s before using the shower stall ...... 4. Recommend that customer use bio clean enzymes ....... 5. Psi 60
