This 3rd time a tech has come out in last 6 months to fix same issue. If work is guaranteed for a year why do I keep being charged. Today I paid $328 work done in Jan of this year.

No wonder these people get great reviews. Their call receptionist, dispatcher and service rep (Oscar) were all courteous and professional. Nice touch sending me an email with background info about the plumber dispatched to my house before he arrived. He was on time, got the job done right in a timely manner, and cleaned up well when he was done. The commercial grade water heater he installed today replaced one My Plumber sold me over 18 years ago. Most water heaters don’t last nearly that long.

The service technician performed his inspection of all our plumbing in the house and made recommendations. He also corrected two problems that we identified and now everything works as it should! The technician was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. My only concern was that it cost a LOT of money! The cost of the parts he used were understandable, but the time it took seemed to be small compared to the total cost. Maybe there's a lot of overhead, but it was expensive.

Psi 55 Cut open sheet rock above gas fire place to expose gas piping for fireplace Shut meter off and cut gas line and capped a tee fitting in wall. Leak tested No leaks Also installed new 8” rear side hose bib Let customer know to let sit for 24 hours do to cpvc glue. 2 year parts and labor warranty All checks good.
Hsp002. Juanita please see note attached the hsp002 form. Thank you. Cust had to leave. Plz call the cust to have him give you the monthly payment info. Deiced the system. Replaced he valve cores and caps. Replaced the electrical absorption system and installed a new hard start system. Topped off the R410A charge, See pics for pressures, SC and SH.m21 deg DeltaT. Instructed cust to leave the fan turned on for the remainder of this week to help dry the ductwork out. IPad kept alerting me that there were too many words and parts and prevented me making copies

Arrived to find miswired contactor during replacement and shorted board and fuse ,pick up parts and replaced,
Fist floor w.c., fill valve tube was stuck on flapper chain, adjusted it, work fine, master bath shower leaking,, replace moen cartridge, tested works great.
Returned to install air scrubber and preform maintenance, removed old UV system and installed air scrubber on supply trunk ,wired and put into service ,found heat rejection system clogged during maintenance,approved cleaning and preformed,checked all other operations,flushed drain and verified refrigerant charge,returned to service .
Found both sides of kitchen sink clogged, snaked drain 49ft several times pulling out spegetti, meat, grease, and some hair. Tested, drains normally
Si 64 Found leak coming from tank bolts and tank to bowl gasket. Did a major rebuild on toilet tank New fill valve, flush valve tank to bowl kit and supply line Filled and tested several times. Checks good no leaks
Pulled and reset upstairs hall bath toilet. Installed new wax ring, bolts and supply line Filled and caulked base
Upon arrival performed diagnostic to HVAC system for heating operations, found the 5-year old gas furnace unit#1 in the basement not working due to opened condensation safety. Removed water from the emergency drain pan to the furnace, cycled operations, found unit to be leaking from a failed humidifier unit. Performed tuneup to the humidifier and cleared open drain line, unit is working and draining properly at this time.
Psi60-Gave options to replace defective g/d and the pro750 g/d was installed to k/s.2 yrs warranty.

Has 2 lavy sinks hall bath and downstairs bath that need snaked Recommended flow tech scale removal system Wants to talk with wife about the issues.
