Barry was very polite, and told me everything he was doing, explaining what the system needed. He was prompt with the repair, an electrical absorption unit, and had it repaired in under an hour. He even cleared some weeds from around the unit to gain clear access. I have been a customer for quite some time, and people like Barry are the reason My Plumber is, my Plumber!

Our A/C shut down on Saturday afternoon. We called the after hours line, expecting some sort of call back that evening, even if just to say "we will call you in the morning". We didn't get ANY call until after 9 on Sunday morning. A little disappointed in that, but the service person did come out that afternoon and fixed the problem. Relatively pleased with the week-end service, but think it might be smart to include "We will not call you until Sunday morning" on the answering machine message! We were waiting at home all Saturday evening thinking someone would call back.

On Time! Looked at the entire system to ensure that I was not going to have issues down the road. Installers and Service was outstanding nothing but great things to say. They were prompt, installation looks great, were very concerned with ensuring the site was clean when they left. Walked me thru all cautions and explained the equipment installation. Highly recommend this service! Pricing was a little more than I wanted but I received such good service I can live with the additional expense. I do wish that the warranty was longer on the hot water heater that I had installed.

Home was just sold only realtor on site. Check water treatment system. System has sat idled for almost 2 years. Strong sulfur smell. I was able to regenerate 1 of the 2 units. Softener unit would not manually regenerate. Likely bad computer board. However due to the time that the units have sat idled believe the media in units have solidified. Water pressure is quite low due to this. Recommend replacing units with new units Estimates are Dual stand up filters with head units $6800-7400 Single stand up filter with head unit $4750.
Charged 250$ after discount, full charge is 308. Customer is on well and has a water right system that is not working ok. Delivered 6 bags of solar salt
Installed 4 ton 20 seer evolution 60 stage heat pump air handler
Troubleshoot and diagnostic of HVAC unit. Blown three amp fuse was replaced with five amp fused as required by unit. Tested and working properly.
Psi 60 repair ts faucet in upstairs bath
Replaced the transformer, electrical distribution system, and the defrost control system. Rewired the outdoor and indoor units. Cycled system on all modes. Tested ok. Thank you for being part of our MPHC family! Lee Davison, tech 1801h
Installed 50 gallons electric water heater with valves
Completed pulling of 3 hp pump to check why pump was not operating. Ohm readings were not consistent on legs. Checked motor windings all checked out. Determined that wire had shorted. Replaced 10/3 well wire. While gathering old wire found burned out section of wire. There is no visible damage in area of burnout. Reset pump and tested. Original warranty is still valid. Customer is super pleased with our performance. Tech requesting warranty pay.
Installed customer supplied wall thermostat. Performed setup. Verified proper operation on all modes. Instructed cust on Tstat usage. Battery backup Honeywell 5000. Discussed the need for the Air Scrubber installation due to the mold/mildew buildup in the air handler. Media filter is clean. Close friend to Wendell Presgrave.
Replaced newly installed Txv. Recharged system. Unit is inGood working order.
Replaced evaporator coil. I recovered the reamaining refrigerant, replaced the uncashed coil, pressure checked and evacuated. I weighed in R410a charge. System is in good working order.

On a well-Installed a moen sgl Hdl lav faucet in m/b to replace original one over 30 yrs old.also installed 2 emergency shut off valve under same sink that didn’t have any at all.2 yrs warranty on today services.also gave estimates on some other plumbing as well.
Inspected heatpump Package unit. Arrived to find the unit locked out on low preassure. I found the capacitor very weak causing the condenser motor to intermittently fail. I replaced. System is currently in good working order.
