John was able to come quickly and found the cause of our odor problem. We ultimately needed a pump and lid on our ejector pump which had rusted and was in bad need of repair. He installed the pump and lid and even cleaned up after!

Simei had a very difficult task in removing a washer and dryer that was stacked in a closet to put a drip pan underneath. The area was very small and the washer and dryer had to be moved out of the opening together, as the dryer was attached by a bracket in the back! It took 3 hours but the job got done and he was very patient.

1. Check for water leak around kitchen sink area locating the water leak source coming from underneath the dishwasher due to A faulty Dishwasher valve, customer must call appliance technician to make repairs ........ 2. Removed and replaced three shut off valves underneath the kitchen sink including hot and cold to faucet , And the emergency shut off valve to the dishwasher due to the age and condition ........ 3.
