Here at My Plumber Heating and Cooling, customer feedback like this is simply priceless, thank you for the continued loyalty and support!
New Water Heater was leaking. Oscar at My Plumber diagnosed quickly and described his fix, which involved new piping and relocating the blow-out tank attached to the water heater. Everything was completed competently. The Water Heater experienced another leak unrelated to Oscar's work after Oscar departed; kudos to Oscar who came back the next day on his day off to make sure everthing was fixed and safe to operate. I appreciated Oscar's excellent customer service and attention to detail. He is a true artist when it comes to plumbing! Thanks Oscar and My Plumber!

We contacted MyPlumber early this morning after discovering a leak in our hot water line. When they called me back, they indicated they would try to get someone out, but they were busy fixing all the lines bursting because of the cold weather. I received a call about an hour later that someone was on their way. They showed up shortly after and had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes.
