Right from my call to customer service this was the best service call I have ever experienced. The service call person was polite and personable and THE our Technician John was flat out AWESOME!!!!! He very quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, sold me on a maintence contract, and made sure the entire system was operating at its highest effeciency. On top of that he had a great personality and was a pleasure to talk to. I am actully looking for to my spring maintenance call so I can see John again. And I promise you I am not easy to please when it comes to customer service.

Mr. Lin came to my house at 10pm in the evening because my A/C was not working. When he got there he was very respectful and went right to work to find my problem. He quickly figured my capacitor was shot and had a new one on his truck. Even though it was late, he never complained, was completely professional and made sure me and my family were going to be comfortable going into the night. Thank you Mr. Lin and My Plumber. Job well done.

Moved washing machine valves to other wall and capped off original pipes.
Replaced a section of cold cooper water line under kitchen sink , with new valve on cold side for faucet ,, removed old not working filter as courtesy on tenants request and land lord approval and installed new kitchen sink faucet ,1 year warranty ...tested , no other leaks at this time
Arrived to find attic system not cooling properly. Found system low on charge R22. Scott has a leak in his evap coil in attic. He opted to charge system. Charged with 3 lbs R22 and tested operation. Pressures 72/185, SH 12F, ODDB 82F, IDDB 79F when I arrived, 17F deltaT, system back to cooling. Temp was 77F when I left. Scott knows his system is older and he will talk with the company when he sees fit.
