Replaced water heater expansion tank....1 year warranty (declined replace tank at this time,works great despite age), replace both wc Toto Drake white elongated with the seat.....2 year warranty (1 st floor floor flange is high,will wait to repipe only if issue..938$,replacing HVAC now)
Removed stoppage from kitchen sink. Customer was not willing to pay regular price even with discounts. Talked to team lead to see what price we compromise on. Settled for $400. That’s $155 discount. Customer was going to get home warranty involved. G/D is 15 yrs old. Snaked 63 ft. Everything working smoothly at this time.

Frozen pipes in horse barn.....no electricity.....4 X replaced 1/2 inch lines with valves for sink , replaced 3/4 line with 1 inch check valve after main valve.

Snake main line from 1 clean outabout 9 cables get the he line clean but eventually back up again so snake it from 2 clean out about 6 cables
Replumbed water utility room for proper install of pressure pump. Installed 65 gallon pressure tank in addition to current 45 gallon tank. Installed new U.V. Bulb Installed new pressure regulator for pressure pump Rebeded acid neutralizer with calcite mineral Chlorinated well and flushed home.
Installed 1/2" quarter turn hot and cold washing machine hose bibs, adapting from quest to copper
