Removed old gas stove and installed new stove. Checked for gas leaks. None present. Other observations of home and estimates 14 year old Gas water heater with failed expansion tank. $2159. Poorly installed whole house filter $405. Air Knight air sanitation system $1568. Old worn laundry tub faucet in garage. Install customer provided faucet $200. Package if all done together
