I had the pleasure of receiving plumbing repair service from “Zam”. I can honestly say that Zam was one of the most courteous and professional plumbers, I have ever had in my home! The technician was a little arrogant, he did not listen to me when I informed him what the issue was upon his arrival. He opened my toilet, flushed it once than proceeded to tell me that my toilet needed a complete rebuild at the cost of $350 dollars. The real problem was the water line valve, water was not getting to the toilet; but I had to rather forcefully convince him that this was the issue. In the end I was satisfied with the work and was given a military discount; but wish the tech would have listened to me rather than jump to the conclusion that it was my toilet and try to sell me something that I did not need. Had I not been somewhat savvy, I'm guessing that he would have rebuilt my toilet, than identified that the valve was the issue, and then he would have proceeded to charge me to repair that too. As a customer all I ask for is fairness and honesty.

Replaced both hot and cold shut offs to employee lav sink. Water was shutoff at meter. Drained building in order to complete.
Upstairs Ac is not cooling. Checked inside and outside units, checked electrical components and checked the charge. Noticed outside compressor is not coming on due to blown capacitor. Replace (1) 45/5 Uf capacitor and unit backed to operation. All working ok at this time.

HPR999...HPR999 Spoke with Jennifer in CSR to set up Plumbing call for Monday 7/1/2019 AM timeframe. Customer wants customer supplies kitchen faucet replaced. Arrived to find failed 20mfd capacitor at blower in furnace. Replaced part and tested operation. System back on line all checks ok, 17F delta T, SH 12F, pressures 75/200. Signed customer up for hsp agreement as well as setting up appointment for a plumber to come out on Mo day 7/1/19 AM timeframes. Call complete.
Master bathroom w/c leaking from rusted tank bolts. Major rebuild on master bathroom w/c. Customer wanted drain and flush on wh, advised customer not to due to age and plastic drain valve
Installed shut off valve valve for ice maker water line
Replaced inappropriate piping for hose main with copper pipe. Installed new 3/4” PRV with 2-3/4” ball valves. Replaced shutoff to master bath toilet. 2 year warranty on all work. Made recommendations on sump pump and dehumidifier. Customer to discuss with other half.
Replaced middle Sloan flush valve in ladies room and stop, customer supplied automatic flush valve Warranty on valve only due to commercial application
Install moen kitchen faucet with side deck sprayer 2 year parts and labor warranty on faucet Existing disposer should be replaced soon due to age and rust
Cleared kitchen sink stoppage from under kitchen sink. Ran line 40 ft cleared buildup. Tested 90 day warranty Noticed unused water treatment system. Recommend new Water Right water treatment system and new well tank. Estimates range from 5K to 7600. Water analysis will be needed at time of installation to determine. Special financing is available at this time.

RTC999 Arrived and spoke with LL. He showed me images of the camera inspection he had preformed. There’s a rock acting as a dam protecting debree from being washed away. I ran the k-1500 through the oustside cleanout 1 1/2 cables before I got stopped. I ran water from the hose and switched out the types of head I used. Ran forward and reverse. I even made it past the rock and got my cable stuck. Fought to get the cable out, changed heads, and still couldn’t force the rock out of the line. Called Lisa for the RTC999 Friday 10:00AM
Returned to install 2 voltage distribution systems on indoor section and 1 on outdoor section under parts warranty. Checked operations and returned to service.
