Men’s bathroom toilet filling very slowly and not filling bowl after flush. Minor rebuild on toilet with one year parts and labor warranty. Toilet now filling and flushing properly at this time. Advised to put water into unused shower once a month.

Snaked basement and main floor toilets with K-6 auger. Toilets are flushing now. Recommend replacement of the toilets. No warranty on toilet stoppage.

Arrived and replaced heater kit in air handler. Tested operation. All checks ok at this time. System back on line. Heat amps 10kw 41.03 amps. 47F temp rise. PLEASE CHANGE CHARGE OF 781.00 IN PAYMENT HISTORY TO DEFECTIVE PARTS INSTEAD OF WARRANTY. IT WONT LET ME CHANGE IT.

I preformed a water line repair in the ceiling of the bathroom. One year warranty between all three fittings.
Upon arrival replaced condenser motor, with correct Oporto as needed, also replaced defective, Condenser fan blade as well checked operation, system online at this time.
Came back out to replace condensor fan motor , replace fan motor and tested ok , however the housing and the fan it self is lose causing it to make a weird sound customer is aware gave estimate to replace fan . Also recommended condensor coil to be chemically clean price# 311.00 System operational.
