Oscar does a thorough job of inspecting everything and fixing anything that is not operating at 100%. Repair prices are a little expensive but it is reassuring to know that it is being fixed correctly and that I shouldn't have any problems in the future. In the past, I've had other companies that didn't know what they were doing and would have to call them back a month or two after an inspection to repair something that they should have spotted the first time they were out to visit.

I called on a Saturday night in the middle of summer to get my AC repaired. They had a repair guy at my house in an hour, and he was fast and efficient in getting my air-conditioner fixed. The party replaced was under warranty so I suppose I was paying mostly for labor on short notice, which was a tad pricey. But I suppose it's worth it in the middle of a Houston summer when no AC is a major disruption. Fixed it fast so I'm happy.
