Excellent service and communication

Like most business, I was given a window for the technician to show up. In addition to this, Light'em Up also called to update when they knew more information about exactly when the tech would arrive. This was a spectacular/appreciated additional effort. They were also to able to come out the day after I called. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. With one issue, they advised a different course of action than performing a long unnecessary fix and gave me all the information needed to pursue it. For my second issue, the technician was able to quickly perform what was needed to fix it and also teach me how to for future projects. Excellent service, highly recommend!

New Outlet

Technician was only here for two hours, 11:30AM TO 1:30pm and charged $149 For after hours dispatch fee. Job was well done quickly but total charge of $969 seems excessive.

Responded to call for lighting outages in multiple locations. Upon arrival customer advised of locations of outages in classrooms, halls, cafeteria, and bathrooms. During lighting inspection found all full outages are due to defective ballast. Advised customer of options. Advised customer of the benefits of LED lighting. Customer agreed to option. Retrofitted 10 - 4ft fluorescent fixtures to LED. Replaced ballast and lamps in cafeteria boys restroom. Replaced ballast and lamps in school age room boys restroom. Replaced bath exhaust fan motor in school age room boys restroom due to fan motor was locked up causing strain on the circuit. Did not replace ballast or lamps in both restrooms in classroom right of school age room due to customer declined repairs at this time. Tested all repairs and retrofits. All are operating properly at this time. Found no other issues at this time. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s service. Thank you. Eric Messer.

Installed new attic fan motor and set t-stat to 100 deg. Had to build platform to work off of. Diagnosed kitchen gfci. For multiple loose connections repaired and used customer gfci outlets no warranty on customer supplied items. Also tighten all connections inside of panel. And repaired any code issues.
