I did not like the laminated price list they showed prices on with no way to tweak service for going to the store. The piece he purchases could not have cost more than $10.00. I felt ripped off. Then they tried to sell me more services that were very expensive and wanted to install another surge protection system that I do not feel I needed. I think a price should have been given to me prior to starting and the price of purchase of another piece that would jack up the price $100.00.

Bobby and John were very efficient, helpful, respectful of my home and polite. They completed the work in a timely manner and answered my questions with a smile. I would have them back for any future work. My only concern was the fixed rate pricing book. I didn't complain or ask Bobby about it since I felt he was just following company procedure, but such fixed pricing isn't flexible and couldn't accommodate my situation. I had already prewired both ceiling fixtures so no wire had to be run or holes drilled. It was a pretty straightforward job of just making the connections for one ceiling light and then assembling/hanging a ceiling light in another room neither of which required running wire so I felt the fixed pricing rate was too high for the actual job. Otherwise I was very satisfied.
